In a double fatality, Delta Echo (see post) broke down and fell at the 150m mark, suffering a fractured near fore cannon. Solo Captain was unable to avoid the fallen horse and collided, fracturing his off hind tibia. Both horses were euthanased on track, 29th of May 2004.
